Refund and Return Policy

To the extent that you purchase any goods directly from us, we may refund you your purchase price within (30) days from the date of purchase of you notifying us in writing of your desire for the refund, together with the reason for the request, subject to the return of the product to us (New, non-washed or worn, tags and or labels still on product, and including our very special packaging) as when purchased.  ALL return shipping will be paid by YOU, the purchaser. This is the only way we can keep the price down and prevent  frivolous and fraudulent purchases. 

Please use a trackable and insured service, as we are not responsible for loss or undelivered packages. 

All sales items are final. No returns or exchanges.

You will LOVE our jeans, but it is important that you take the time to (Measure 4 inches below your navel and give us THAT number when you order. This will insure the correct size. You agree and accept these fees and terms  prior to purchase. We're not expecting ANY returns. Our Jeans are walking around all over this planet given away in our test markets as well as employees, friends and family. THEY LOVE THEM!!!! Once you don a pair of T.H.C.'s Junk  you can never go back, so be prepared to throw out all of your existing jeans and buy every wash and limited edition as they become available.
